Our vision for "VITA" in midtown is to create a quintessential, New York style Italian/American restaurant, steakhouse, and bar. The moment you walk in the door, you will be greeted with enthusiasm and life. "VITA" will be comparable to legendary restaurant/bars such as, "PJ Clarks", "Toots Shorr" and "The Grille Room at Smith and Wolinksky's". Our old-world style has become "new" again, and our midtown location will become a watering hole and eatery for business people from every industry. We envision media, political and sports figures convering and mingling, as "VITA" will be the spot many different worlds come together over great food, libations and exquisite wines. Our food will bring people in with our award-winning, made-from-scratch, traditional Southern Italian recipes. Our mouthwatering steaks, seafood and pastas will be the talk of the town. All of our ingredients will be fresh, and hte cheeses and olive oils will be imported directly from Italy.
