***Renamed Briza*** Recently named one of Esquire's "best new restaurants of 2009," Pacci Ristorante is the modern translation of the classic Italian steakhouse and perfectly suited to Midtown's urban lifestyle. Adjacent to Hotel Palomar Atlanta, Pacci marries the rich traditions of Old World Italian dining with today's sensibilities that surround cuisine. The kitchen is helmed by Georgia native, Chef Keira Moritz, who follows a very simple path when creating Pacci's signature menu: "You won't find these dishes within ten miles of West Peachtree and Abercrombie," where Pacci is situated. Indeed, you won't. The menu is as fresh and original as the ingredients used in each dish. Upstairs, the AltoRex Rooftop Lounge is a finely styled open-air rooftop destination true to its urban Midtown roots. Surrounding guests with earth, air, fire and water - lush landscaping with al fresco seating around fire pits, the bar and private cabanas - AltoRex offers a variety of settings to enjoy the Atlanta skyline.
