like the vibe at Shout... relaxed & classy. Once dinner time is over I recommend you head upstairs, that's where all the fun is! Depending on what time you get there you may have to pay a cover (I think after 11pm). People tend to dress nicely, but it's not a snobby place. It's a pretty mixed crowd as far as age and race. You can go and hang out with your friends, dance a little, drink, chat, etc... When its crowded there will be more people dancing and it almost turns into a club. But there are still plenty of nooks to escape to if you don't feel like it. They have a small menu upstairs from which you can order food until late. Mostly appetizers and such, and all the items I've tried were yummy! If you are there for something special the "cabanas" are awesome for a little more privacy.
