Tough Talk to Tender Hearts Workshop:
Why a Program on teaching children about sex?
1. Children need accurate and realistic information on the biological process and physiological changes to their body.
2. Children need information about sex at an early age as a tool against abuse.
3. Children need information about sex in the context of relationships to introduce the concept of boundaries [1] against abuse and [2] in support of healthy relationships
Themes of program :
1. Teachable Moments: Recognizing when and how to talk with your child about a variety of tops.
2. Parent’s Responsibility: Sex education for your children is your duty.
3. Normal Development: Child development includes sexual changes in knowledge and behaviors.
