Intro to Meadmaking

Join award winning meadmaker Mike Lorey of Obec Medovina and Folksy Brews as he teaches you the basics of making mead with traditional and medicinal herbs & spices. You will leave the class feeling confident enough to start your first batch. Class includes tastings. Mead is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey and water with yeast. $15 Members, $20 Non Members.
