Easy Cheese Making Class

Join Chef Cassandra and she will show you how easy it is to make simple artisan cheese at home! You will make Chevre, Farmers Cheese and Mozzarella. Equipment, resources and recipes will also be shared. Wow your friends and family with gourmet cheeses you made yourself! $25 for Garden members, $30 for non-members.
