At Atlanta Food & Wine Festival we believe that home is where the heart is, and our hearts belongs to the South – especially Southern cuisine. Compromised of so much more than shrimp and grits, Southern food comes in all shapes and forms and is a melting pot of talent, culture and ethnicities. This year, Powerful & Delicious will continue showcasing female talent in the industry while shining a spotlight on diversity and the unique backgrounds of each participating Chef. Hosted by Maneet Chauhan, the evening will consist of talent from all around the South including Patrice Cleary, Paula De Pano, Samantha Fore and Jen Yee. The women will present their stories and feature a dish inspired by their cultural background – complete with wine and cocktails chosen by female sommeliers and mixologists.
