On Dec. 12, join Bellina Alimentari for an evening exploring the flavors of prestigious aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy with vinegar producer and master in his field, Giuseppe Rimedio from Acetaia Giusti. Begin the evening with cocktails followed by a guided tasting of four balsamics aged for up to 100 years. Following the tasting, enjoy a four-course dinner created to highlight the unique flavors of each balsamic, with the menu revealed that night.
