STEM Atlanta Women is extremely excited to present our inaugural "STEM Dreams” weekend —a fundraising campaign designed to raise money for our flagship STEM Innovation Academy for Women and Girls located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Event Details
This campaign features three days of fun and exciting activities commemorating our strategic partnership with the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream. The festivities will take place in Atlanta, GA from May 25th through May 27th, over the Memorial Day weekend 2018 which is aligned with the WBNA’s Atlanta Dream’s home opener vs. Dallas Wings.
The 3-day weekend consists of a series of festive events:
• Friday, May 25th STEM Dreams Soirée
• Saturday, May 26th, STEM Dreams Festival (sponsored by Microsoft)
• Saturday, May 26th, Fan Experience Tailgating Party (sponsored by Coca-Cola)
• Saturday, May 26th, VIP Cocktail Reception
• Saturday, May 26th, Atlanta Dream vs. Dallas Wings Home Opener
• Sunday, May 27th, Celebrity Golf Tournament and Sunday Brunch at Wolf Creek Golf Club
The weekend culminates with a Celebrity Golf Tournament and Sunday brunch to support STEM Education and Training for women and girls in the Atlanta community. This event provides the community an opportunity to golf with supporters, partners, and sponsors, celebrity golfers, WNBA’s Atlanta Dream players, and their executive leadership team.
