Ponce City Market’s Posman Books and City Winery have teamed up for Books & Booze on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Hosted by Posman Books' General Manager Marc Stiles, literature lovers can purchase their copy of the month’s selection today from Posman Books and then enjoy a spirited discussion among fellow readers at the Nook inside of City Winery. May's book discussion will be 'Exit West' by Mohsin Hamid. The novel follows Nadia and Saeed, students in a war-torn country who manage to escape to different parts of the world through hidden, and heavily guarded, portals. Imbibers can also enjoy City Winery's Beverage Director, JR Smith, literary libation, "The Portal," made with cognac, Tawny port, and aromatic bitters.
