Serving a wide selection of traditional French and Contemporary American  cuisine in an intimate setting, Executive Chef Alex Friedman has whipped up a charming, yet tasteful four-course prix fixe menu for diners this Valentine’s Day. Available à la carte, or for $65 per person, or $85 with wine pairings, guests can take advantage of: West Coast Oysters — Pomegranate, Chili, Ginger, Kaffir, Lime, paired with Louis Pommery Brut; Arugula Salad — Asparagus, Feta, Marcona Almonds, Basil, and Cardamom Vinaigrette, paired with Huge Genitl; Filet and Scallops — Fois Gras, Baby Rainbow Carrots, Sweet Potato Puree, paired with Spoken Barrel #42 Red Meritage; and finally, Pot de Crème Trio — Chocolate, Raspberry, Vanilla Pot de Crèmes, Sugared Raspberries, Candied Rose Petals, Chocolate Straws, paired with Dow’s 2011 LBV Porto.
