Fulton County Government, Information Technology Cyber Security Summit '19
Event Details
In September 2017, Equifax reported that its systems had been attacked and cyber-criminals had accessed the personal information of 148 million US consumers. In October 2017, Graeme Payne, senior IT executive at the time of the breach, was terminated “for failing to forward an email regarding an Apache Struts vulnerability.” Over the last 12 months, Graeme has testified in many of the investigations regarding the Equifax Data Breach. Now, having lived through this breach and its aftermath, Graeme will share his personal journey, replete with key lessons applicable to anyone involved in managing IT risk and cybersecurity.
