In honor of Respiratory Care Week, we challenge you to hustle and increase your cardio!
Event Details
One of the most effective ways to promote respiratory health is through physical activity, so if you are a member of the Emory community, we encourage you to participate in the Halloween Hustle. Starting Monday, October 21st, through Sunday, November 3rd, track the miles you complete from cardiovascular exercises like walking, jogging, or running. Participants can track miles on multiple platforms, for example, activity trackers (i.e. Fitbit), the Pacer App, or smartphones. Participants can win a prize for completing 20 miles, 40 miles, and 60 miles in the 2-week period. One lucky person will win a free Fitbit! Please direct any questions to healthy.eagles@emory.edu.
