6:01pm, Moonrise (sunset is at 5:36pm!)
6:15pm, Optional get-together @ Hobnob (Piedmont & Monroe)
7:00pm, Dinner @ Varuni Napoli (Monroe location)
8:15pm, Full moon prowl begins on the Eastside Interim Hiking Trail*
9:00pm, Optional "night cap" @ New Realm Brewing
* The moon rises at 6:01PM and will be at 25° altitude when the trek begins so, weather permitting, we should get some great views of the Full Beaver Moon
Logistics
You can sign up for the dinner, the hike or both (see registration form)
The hike from Varuni Napoli to New Realm Brewing is about 2.5 miles
The first third of the route is unpaved (interim hiking trail). The rest is the paved Eastside Trail (from Monroe to New Realm)
The trek ends at New Realm Brewing
Non-beer drinkers welcome :-)
The non-refundable $5 registration fee covers event planning and logistics
