Atlanta St. Patrick's Parade 5K

Run or walk before one of the countries oldest St. Patrick’s Parades, the route begins and finishes on Peachtree Road and winds through Midtown, Piedmont Park and finishes on the parade route on historic Peachtree Street! This unique race and lively post race parade is not to be missed.

Again for this year, we are partnering with Colony Square in Midtown (start/finish at large plaza near the location of Peachtree St and 14th Ave.) All finishers 21 and over will receive 1 complimentary draft beer after the race and food specials from Colony Square food trucks. Stick around for the St Patrick's Day Parade and the Luck of the Square (see below)! Free face painting before the parade for kids too!

Colony Square is excited to be hosting our fourth annual Luck of The Square celebration! At the top of the morning (10am), we will send and cheer on hundreds of St. Patrick's Day 5k runners/walkers where the race and starts and finishes at The Square.

Then at 12pm, Midtown goes green for the 138th annual Atlanta St. Patrick's Day Parade. Enjoy our premium parade viewing area on Peachtree Street and all the sights + sounds you'll experience.

After the parade wraps up, The Square becomes the official post-parade and St. Patrick's Day party zone. Experience live musical performances featuring Party Nation, beer and fare, dancing and more shenanigans. Bring your lads and lassies and may the Luck of The Square be with you!
