Description

Join Red's Beer Garden for a beer tasting while learning what goes into making a great brew!

Event Details

Experience a blast from the past with beer expert, Red, owner of Red’s Beer Garden. On Saturday, November 27, 2021 between 4 – 5:30 p.m., beer enthusiasts will have the opportunity to taste five classic, old world style brews including German Hefeweizen, Munich Dunkel, Czech Pilsner, English Bitter, and a Scotch Ale, otherwise known as a Wee Heavy for $18 per class. Classic, old world beer styles are complex, historical, and sometimes hard to find in the US. Red enjoys introducing these styles to new or old beer drinkers. Guests will learn about the history of beer, how each style came to be, who brewed them (women!), and how the beers provided have impacted the World of Beer. Brew crews can reserve a class here. Nestled in Benteen Park, between East Atlanta and Grant Park, Red’s Beer Garden can be located at 1328 Boulevard SE Atlanta, GA 30315.
