Raise funds for Atlanta’s firefighters at Second Self Beer Company
Event Details
Shop, eat and sip brews at West Midtown’s favorite brewery to raise funds for Atlanta Professional Fire Fighters (APFF) on Saturday, September 24 from noon to 5 p.m.
The festivities will feature food from Peachtree Grub and The Hoagie Shack, various Second Self beers, games and a pop-up market with local vendors including Sweet As a Peach Jams & Pickles, Just Add Honey Tea Company, Amore Organics and others.
Additionally, Second Self is releasing a limited-edition version of their fan-favorite “La Fría” with an added fruit element and renaming it La Fuega for the day - a nod to their support of APFF.
A portion of proceeds from La Fuega and the event will go towards APFF’s health and wellness fund. The charity’s fund covers everything from mental health support for PTSD symptoms, recovery for job-related injuries, funeral costs as well as much-needed financial support for families of fallen firefighters.
