We opened the Wing Factory to do three things: 1) Cook a damn fine wing (Atlanta being the black hole of good wings at the time) 2) Open a casual place to relax, watch a game, drink a beer 3) And make other great food so our wives and girlfriends would still come visit. The result is the Wing Factory. A uniquely relaxed restaurant-meets-sportsbar, that somehow everyone can agree on.
