AVOID Glitzhome! I purchased a Glitzhome item from QVC early July 2023. The first was lost in shipping. QVC sent a replacement - it never shipped. I ordered a third of the same item - it never shipped. QVC says Glitzhome ships directly to QVC customers. Orders are not shipped from the Glitzhome Fort Worth TX warehouse. No customer service response from Glitzhome.
Pros: None that I can think of...
Cons: They sell via QVC but don't fulfill the orders. All calls go to voicemail; and they don't call back. Nonexistent customer service - no return phone call and no email response.
