Veggieland has carved a place for itself in between the enormous copper-plated fish sculpture of the Atlanta Fish Market and the raucous music of a neighboring pool hall. Lunch is the big meal here, drawing a crowd that ranges from ladies who nibble to Midtown boys and the occasional Buckhead businessman still woozy from the night before. Service is scrupulously attentive. – – The Food – Varied and full of surprises, this vegan menu offers everything from Mexican food to Asian food, with traditional vegetable dishes showing up on the same page as faux duck.
