A more grown-up mid-twentysomethings college-type bar. The jukebox plays heavy rotations of Bon Jovi, Journey and David Bowie when there isn't some folksy cover band on stage, and of course people are throwing back shooters everywhere. What exactly makes this the more mature version of a college bar? Probably the crowd that hangs out there. They're fun, but not reckless, mostly un-pretentious and it's still under the radar of fake ID-wielding 17-year-olds. Some of us just aren't ready to start spending our Saturday nights sipping on $15 martinis at Lotus Lounge, but we have also had our fill of Peachtree Tavern/Moondogs/Hole In The Wall. That leaves us at Park Bench. The crowd here won't be ordering Cristal OR puking on the floor...they're just going to sip on their Amstel Lights and enjoy being 23-27 while they can still get away with it.Frequently Asked Questions
