Description

Club 2winz is in a nondescript brick building--formerly Jaguars--which sits alone on a desolate stretch of West Peachtree a block north of 14th Street. Once through a small wrought iron-enclosed courtyard, patrons emerge into a covered two-story interior courtyard. A long bar flanks one side of the room, while the DJ booth towers in the corner. Black lights and fans bathe the room from above, while colored spotlights strafe the exposed concrete as sub bass rolls. The Draw Club 2winz is what you make of it. Save for some gray leather sofas and zebra-striped sectionals, there's little inherent flair or personality to the dark, bare space. This doesn't seem to stop the crowd from getting hyped. Tuesday is drum 'n' bass. Weekends feature hip-hop, R&B and reggae
