Description

franca is a pop-up concept (as well as an occasional outlet for private dinners) inspired by classical French and American cuisines. Menus are written based on the availability of local and internationally-sourced ingredients, but are usually comprised of three courses, a cheese course, and one or two optional supplements. franca is often offered in a communal, family-style setting, as to encourage a food-related dialogue and to elevate the experience overall. Chef is fond of playing moody, eclectic remixes by French artists during service, though it is always kept to an enjoyable decibel. $52/pp.
