Raised in Chicago, Leo's parents gave him the nickname Skip which stuck, just like those fond memories of family nights out at Gene & Jude's hot dogs stand in the Chicago area. That great aroma of hot dogs and the fresh cut fries were an experience that he felt a desire to duplicate deep in the heart of Georgia.
