Client Registration With Kids for our Easter Celebration!
Our Easter Celebration & Mobile Food Pantry will be Saturday, April 8th, and is one of our biggest events of the year. This is going to be an Egg-citing day!!
*YOU MUST SUBMIT ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR FREE TICKET. *THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, YOU MUST LIST THE AGES AND GENDER OF EACH CHILD IN THE APPROPRIATE FIELDS. Failure to do this will result in non-gift distribution.
***FOR OUR EASTER EVENT ALL CHILDREN LIVING IN THE HOUSEHOLD MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE AN EASTER BASKET & SURPRISES.***
Registration is 1 (one) FREE Mobile Food Pantry ticket per HOUSEHOLD. If you are registering for more than one family living in another household, you must REGISTER Each Family Separately. You WILL RECEIVE a confirmation email with a bar code. Contact us if you feel your registration was not completed, and we will assist you. You will also receive email reminders about the upcoming event. Each reminder will have important information you will need for your appointment. Bring the I.D. of the registered Guest & Event Confirmation ticket with you, printed or on your phone to show the Check-In Volunteer. If you do not bring the Confirmation ticket with you, you will not be served.
Event Food Pantry Appointment times are every 30 minutes, beginning at 9:30 AM with the last appointment time starting 1:00 P.M. Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. If you are late, you risk not receiving your food. Be patient with us, we will be serving 300 families this morning. Registered Guests remain in their vehicles. Welcomed guests are checked in, then drive through our parking lot where our volunteers load the vehicles with boxes of food. If you do not speak English, please bring an interpreter with you to help with the check in process.
***By Registering for this Event, you understand and acknowledge that missing your appointment, you will be considered a “No Show.” All No Shows WILL NOT be allowed to book appointments or receive any StreetWise services for the next 12 weeks.
If you cannot attend your appointment, you MUST email or call BEFORE the event to be eligible for future participation. Email us at Clientinfo@streetwisegeorgia.org or call 678-985-9915 and provide your name, email, and contact phone number when leaving a message. ***
