Event Details
This Father's Day class is referred to as "Rows Of 4": a lower body focus with 75 second rounds/15 seconds of rest in between. 40 Rounds Total. Our workouts always begin with a 3 minute warmup and end with a stretch.
RockBox is an all fitness/experience level class for anyone ages 14+ . You can push yourself as hard (or not as hard) as you like. So come take class with your Dad, family, friend, whoever and makes Father's Day 2022 to remember!
