Come meet and share a sense of community with CHC’s Junior Board of Directors – our Atlanta teens who are LEADERS in philanthropy!
Event Details
Assemble paper lanterns, eat dinner, listen to music and walk with us in the lantern parade! We will be passing out glow necklaces to families to spread love and light and educate our city about Children Helping Children!
$15 gets you lantern project materials, a CHC glow necklace and t-shirt! Purchase your own dinner at our two partnering restaurants; MetroFresh and Mellow Mushroom in Midtown!
RSVP by September 7th, so we can secure your materials and get your t-shirt size!
Parking:
Thousands of people come to the Lantern Parade each year. Uber and Lyft are HIGHLY recommended. We will begin at 931 Monroe Drive, but finish at a different location individual to each family. How far each family wants to walk into the parade is up the them. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Once we enter the parade it super FUN but also very crowded. We can’t wait to see you there!
