LGBTQ+ characters should come from those communities. Too often, our plays and movies highlight mainstream actors and marginalize actors with non-mainstream attributes. Come and hear from multiple voices to open our eyes and ears to what radical inclusion looks like. 
Representation matters. For instance, people with special needs should play characters with disabilities. People from different countries should play the character in a movie or play from that location. LGBTQ+ characters should come from those communities.
