You're invited to join us Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 4:30p to 6:30p as we discuss Episode 3 from Season 2 of Jesus and Jollof the podcast entitled Cardio For Your Mind: Therapy. If you've never heard of this podcast before, you're in for a treat as Luvvie and Yvonne Orji add a comedic twist to conversations about growth, life and relationships. This conversation about therapy...very necessary!

To help you get the most from your experience, we recommend you arrive on time so you can grab a bite to eat, have a drink, network and get comfortable before the discussion. You should listen to the podcast episode before you arrive and we encourage you to take notes so you don't forget your talking points. In fact, listen to it twice! It's just under an hour long and it's a great start to our discussion. For your reference, we will drop the podcast links below and it is available on all major platforms to include Soundcloud, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, etc.

When parking at Thee Werk Space, be sure to avoid the 5 spots in front of the Surgeon's Office as your vehicle will be towed at your expense. All other parking is available. There is no elevator in the building so dress comfortably! Finally, this is a women's only event and all attendees should be 18+.
