Instructors will be teaching basic pole strolls, natural and split grip spins, sensual dance moves, and a mini-routine. Easy and fun...NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
WHAT TO WEAR
This is a supportive space! We want you to feel comfortable and encouraged, but most importantly we want you to have fun. Heels are optional, socks are also great for ease of rotation, barefoot is good too!
Please wear Black...dress up in any fun sexy outfit that makes you feel comfortable and ready to dance. Anything from "leggings & a t-shirt" to "fishnets, booty shorts, & a bra top", whatever makes you feel fabulous is totally welcome.
