Discover the stories of the veterans of Oakland Cemetery in this special Veteran's Day tour. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in with the volunteer at Visitor Center located in the gravel lot across from the Main Gate.
Event Details
This tour starts at the Main Gate at the Front Gate (main entrance at the corner of Oakland Avenue and MLK Jr. Drive) at 11:00 AM.
Spaces are extremely limited, so we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance.
Historic Oakland Foundation is committed to following CDC public health guidelines. Masks will be required for all guests to enter the Museum Shop. Vaccinated guests can remove their masks during a tour.
If an at-risk tour guest is uncomfortable, all tour guests will agree to continue wearing their masks for the duration of the tour to ensure the comfort of all visitors.

Historic Oakland Foundation memberships include free tickets for special topic tours. Check your membership level before you purchase. Individual members receive one (1) ticket, dual members two (2) tickets, and family memberships four (4) tickets. Membership status will be confirmed before the tour.
