Unleash Your Inner Pasta Pro At ENZO

Led by Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio, the intimate, two-hour class will focus on the art of making handmade pasta and provide a step-by-step introduction to the process, tools and techniques behind creating the beloved Italian staple. Throughout the class, participants are invited to enjoy wine and charcuterie from ENZO’s menu inspired by Montobbio’s Northern Italian roots and will get the chance to try their pasta cooked to perfection. All guests will also leave with extra pasta and sauce to make a meal at home.
