On Sunday, May 11, the Poncey-Highland favorite invites guests to gather for a brunch rooted in coastal flavors and heartfelt tradition. The menu features dishes like the Short Rib Seco Benedict, rich with slow-braised meat and aji amarillo hollandaise, and a delicate Mushroom Quiche, topped with smoked salmon roe and housemade lemon crème fraîche. Behind the bar, a seasonal cocktail lineup sets the tone with options like the Lavish Queen made with lavender chai and gin, or the bright, bubbly Springtime Paloma with strawberry, mezcal, and Topo Chico.
