Salt & Light Yoga is a devotional yoga practice dedicated to worshipping Jesus Christ. This 60 minute class begins with a scripture reading and prayer, followed by a sweet tension relieving posture flow to beautiful voice of Christian praise and worship artist Casey J. Class is structured to start with a few longer held seated and reclined postures, then transition to a slow flow of movement with breath, with many options for modifications to help make poses accessible as well as powerful and challenging, then transition to deeply meditative restorative poses to end the practice.
